    Could you imagine how many cheap mid to late ‘60’s Cadillacs and Lincolns you could have gotten your hands on during the 1973 energy crisis?

    I’m sure you could’ve bought a lot of them. My father took advantage during the 1979 1980 fuel crisis. He bought a pre owned 78 Impala wagon with only 19k miles on it in April 1980 for only $4,000.00. It’s original sticker price in 78 was like 8k…so 2 year old low mileage car for half price. Why buy new?
