Chrysler's use of plastic was their weak point. Pulling a distributor from a Slant-6 needed patience or risk damaging that plastic gear.
See how much it would cost for a 3-D printer to duplicate it or even several. If you could sell 100 of them to Mopar owners in similar predicaments, that not only cover your time and money:

well my core is all brass and copper.. i can't find the core i need, but i found a very close core NEW that is for a Baracuda.
it looks almost exactly the same as mine except for the frame is a lil different, for the price, i'll take a chance and see if i can make some unobtainium...lol

Bump again... i still need windshield wiper motor parts..
BTW in another thread on here i did rebuild the heater core, modified one from a Barracuda, it only cost me $67.00
I had to swap the top tank parts, with the pipes, and the core frame, pressure tested it, and it has been doing great so far,,

It's no magic, if you know how to solder. I worked for a couple weeks as a radiator repairman. Back then, we didn't need to swap used cores. New ones were available. Not that salvaging cores is a bad idea.
I quit, after the boss didn't like some customer offering to sell me his Maverick for a reasonable price. My boss said that when something like that comes up, he wanted first dip
