Hi. I am in the process of restoring my 77 Cougar. I have all the chrome trim that goes on the front drivers side fender. Its the moulding that is shaped like a U. If anyone has one or knows where I can get one that would be great. Someone did a hit and run on it a few years back and the piece has been missing since. That is the only piece I am missing.

That'll certainly be gorgeous when you finish the exterior. May I suggest Row52? They don't list all U-Pull yards in the US and Canada, but there is always a chance you'll find a Villager, LTD II Country Squire, or Ranchero Squire in one of those yards. I'm fairly sure the Squire fender trim is the same as the Villager, but you may want to verify.
I will give those a try. Its definatly a work in progress. I am going to be pulling the Carb off this weekend for rebuild.
