Nice looking example, and the price is not that high, but the car does not have a "power tailgate" unless some aftermarket set up was installed, it may have an optional remote tailgate release, like a power trunk release. You release it and the stock air filled struts open it. Same as if you release it with a key.
All 3 seat 73-77 A-bodies have the release button, and it was optional on the 2 seaters (like this one.) We know it does not have the 3rd seat as it does not have the rear 1/4 glass vent windows that came on all 3 seaters, again optional on the 2 seaters so if it has the vent windows it may or may not have the 3rd seat, but if it doesn't have them it is a 2 seater.
