A few more and better photos would help, especially of the interior. We can't tell much about options except for the A/C he says it has and the roll-up windows (and lack of power locks) we can see (and not see) on the doors. The manual windows are a bit surprising for a high-end car like a Caprice Classic, but this was the 1970s.
I wonder where this car is actually located. https://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/cto/d/1976-chevrolet-caprice/6705111797.html
The contact phone number has a Missouri area code. The city name after the price in the listing title is "Kennett", which, if you zoom out on the map on the right, is in the bootheel of Missouri. I would guess Missouri, and I'm guessing he put it on the LA craigslist for more exposure. We've seen cars listed on multiple craigslist sites before. I did a nationwide craigslist search using searchtempest, and, in addition to the LA craigslist site, it's also listed on the Memphis, Little Rock, Southeast Missouri, and St. Louis craigslists. So he's got it listed on every craigslist around him, and he probably threw in LA because its so populous and it's the kind of car that might appeal to Southern Californians. Or he has relatives there. Or he lives there but the car is in MO. Or who knows what. https://memphis.craigslist.org/cto/d/1976-chevrolet-caprice-classic/6689171783.html https://littlerock.craigslist.org/cto/d/1976-chevrolet-caprice-classic/6692558488.html https://semo.craigslist.org/cto/d/1976-chevrolet-caprice-classic/6689175107.html https://stlouis.craigslist.org/cto/d/1976-chevrolet-caprice-classic/6689178518.html
