Wow that's a stunner! Price is high but the condition makes it worth it IMO. Love this car in black. (y)

I don't know why but I really love that wagon.......Everything except the shift knob. A little Duct Tape will cover that

I don't know if I'd agree on the duct tape, but having no nob/handle on that shifter would be my preference over what is there. Other than that, that is one nice plain jane wagon(y)

The column shift knob can be easily changed out to stock.

Those GM shift handles from the 70's have a bad habit of their plastic chrome flaking off, and getting sharp edges as a result. I think there was mention on the forum before about this. Some guys have replaced the plastic chrome handles with the later black-quasi rubber ones.

Cool car. Do not see many Bel-Air's. Very low optioned obviously, but interestingly has the optional power gate? :)

About the shift knob, I am not sure about the '75+ models without looking in the sales brochure, but the knob on my '72 is like a padded plastic knob.

WOW, that IS beautiful...and for a'75, rare. I too question the $12k-reserve-not-met price tho. Stunning, nonetheless! :1st:

That's a lot of clams for that clamshell. Looks like a bit of rust around the rear glass, too. Wonder what the underside looks like on what may have been a flower car.

Bid to $6,560.99 with reserve not met this evening - no sale.

    Already relisted on eBay.

It's a great looking Chevy clamshell but the very low options really hurt its value. Look at that much better optioned 1974 Impala currently with an asking price of just $1500 more.
