Looks like it's on the high side for options. PW, PL, tilt, 60/40 power seat, cornering lamps, deluxe steering wheel, and A/C. Hard to tell anything else with these pics.

I love the green on green.

I don't like the visible rust around the rear wheel well, on top side of woodgrain trim on the fender, and at base of windshield trim. Looks like the tailgate isn't up all the way and faded.

Too bad he couldn't move it away from the corner of the garage and take a few more photos.

I was not able to secure the deal on this wagon. I think a derby driver has ended up with this car unfortunately. He offered $300 more then me.

That's too bad. Looks way too nice for derby.

That's what happens, when prices are set too low. If a Derbyist did in fact get it, that's a declaration of war against anybody having a sense of heritage

It’s a “good” car but not a solid car. The interior is all faded, rust on the 1/4’s and needs a lot of TLC

I could have bought it at $3800 but passed. By the time I go and pick it up I would have had $4100 in it and it’s prob a decent car for that. But I didn’t get that fuzzy feeling inside about it. At $3500 I could have picked it up and decided what to do with it

If it goes to derby, that's really wrong. I'm sure this Buick has problems, but to survive 40 plus years, especially as highly optioned, it deserves a chance to survive.

Swanny, are you certain it is sold?

If I thought there were even a possibility this Buick could go to a derby, I would have bought it at asking price. From what we have seen in recent years, it would have brought much better than $4500 on eBay, even with its flaws.

I agree. If it was really 59K on it that was a deal at $4500. Especially with the options and the fact it was original. People love/are in awe of those giant clamshells when they see them. If it was closer to me I would have paid his price as well.

It’s derby bound. I can’t save them all.
