    Still curious at that price.

Photos finally. Looks low option, but still priced quite low.

We see 3rd seat, luggage rack and dual remote mirrors. Hard to say much beyond that on options.

This is derby-level price on a SoCal Buick that looks to deserve far better. What's the problem?

I looked at it today. Original owners having the son sell it for them. Ordered it brand new in San Diego. Still has the California blue plate on it. Motor has been replaced about 5 years ago because original seized from sitting. I'd say it's 95% rust free. Spare wheel well is perfect and all original paint, paint on hood is burnt. Has PW, cruise, regular ac, 3 seater, power bench, power tailgate. Trans doesn't go into reverse. All gears go forward, doesn't even have neutral. Needs one rear bumper filler together with a few odds and ends. Odometer stopped at 82K. Basically way too nice for a derby car but pricey to start a resto because you may have to do the trans right away.

It does not have PW unless it means the tailgate window.

Sure does. I even tested the front passenger side power window. Also has power tailgate window. No power locks. Didn't notice a passenger remote mirror, just a standard chrome mirror. Unless I missed the switch it on the dash.

I did not mean to contradict someone who has actually seen it in person. The photo just did not look like it had PW. Even with the mechanical problems as mentioned, this Buick sounds like a deal for that price.

No problem! You found it on craigs list before I did and it was even in my own backyard. I also forgot to mention that the wagon appeared to have the original exhaust with a resonator just before the tailpipe. The exhaust was pretty banged up though and restricted so it will need replacement very soon. It's a tough one price wise, definitely worth restoring but with a potential $1500 transmission bill and also an exhaust, you'll be past 4k right away.

Sounds Like one of the Forward gear clutches are jammed, I would be surprised if it actually shifted gears, T-400's seem to stick in 2nd gear. Sounds like a new trans is needed. But does not sound like a bad car for the price.
