Original owner. This one might finally be worth the price. Looks showroom condition. 60k miles asking $18.5k obo. https://scranton.craigslist.org/cto/6211400653.html
If he wants to even get near that, he'd have to sort out those rugs and matt, first. Otherwise, a lovely color combination. For some strange reason, they're not letting you get a close-up view of the engine compartment, to see if that's corrosion caked up on that post or not. Looks to me to be a little too weathered, under the hood, for only 60 thousand miles:
Wow, thats a lot of Cheddar for this Pontiac - probably the nicest Grand Am in that part of PA! BTW, when someone from PA mentions "A-title" that means it's a one-owner car. (cue comment from Poison Ivy)
As well as plenty of donut flatulence for that overburdened driver's bucket. If he blimps out even more, it'll be time for unbolting that steering wheel and then mounting it backwards, so that those entrails will clear it for the ability to steer at all:
I've had a few 75-85k mile original cars and they look similar in shape to the underhood of this engine so I wouldn't necessarily rule it out. It's an awful lot of money for the car though. I'd be wary of driving it any distance, that nose is likely to start disintegrating on the first spirited drive, tossing that very expensive and hard to find front nose emblem to the wind.
That engine compartment looks better than most 60,000 mile 40+ year old northern cars. My 37,000 mile 78 Catalina's engine compartment doesn't look that good.
