429 V8. Looks loaded. Brougham interior and power mini vents. http://www.auctionsamerica.com/even...order&feature=&collection=&grouping=&category=
hey, hey, hey The link is not connecting for me, but I like what I'm seeing in the one photo. From what I've read, 73 was the last year to get a 429, and you had to ask special for it. Somebody took the time and effort needed to make this happen. This wasn't a walk onto the lot and get it car. Unless they're asking a exorbitant amount, this should be worth the "E Ticket".
Very nice! I love the Brougham interiors, but I am not a fan of the high-back seats they used in '73. This reminds me of the wagon used in the 1976 movie, "Squirm", but it was not as highly optioned, but had the same color combo... it has the deluxe hubcaps, but no cornering lights and I have seen this moving and seen the inside of the car... it does not have the Brougham interior... or this one used in Murder She Wrote... it has the standard hubcaps, but has the cornering lights... also a non-Brougham interior... note the low-back front seats.
Beautiful car. Personally, with my height, I prefer the high back seats. The lower seat back is just not as comfortable for me. It does look like this one has a black interior. I would prefer blue, but either way, with sufficient funds, I would love this car. One thing for sure, someone custom ordered this one, so it is likely the only one built to these exact specs.
