Of course, it very obviously is not a Country Squire. All Country Squires had woodgrain, except the 1950 1/2 and the 1951, which had real wood sides. This car appears to be an LTD wagon. This model was introduced in mid-1973, and offered approximately the same interior trim and level of luxury as the Country Squire but without the woodgrain. I suspect this seller is one of those people who've think all full size Ford wagons are Country Squires. From what I can tell -- there aren't enough photos to judge with any confidence -- it does appear to be a very pretty wagon and the price seems quite reasonable.
If this one is as nice as it looks, $2,000 is a very good price for her. Definitely a Country Sedan, not a Country Squire, but in some ways I prefer that. The only real difference between the two was the wood grain.
I agree... definitely not a Country Squire... some people know nothing about wagons. LOL. I don't even think it is a Country Sedan, as those were Galaxie wagons. Like ctrysquire said, this one appears to be an LTD wagon, which you do not see many of. If you look close, you can see the "LTD" door panels. Also, "Brady wagon"? I like how all brown 70s station wagons are referred to as "Brady wagons"... even though they always had a mid-sized Plymouth wagon.
