Exterior looks good - let's see inside. https://omaha.craigslist.org/cto/d/thurman-1973-chevelle-ss-454-station/7264437331.html
Man, I only ever seen one of these years ago at a Carlisle event when I was like 18 or 19! Didja guys notice that its a tree-seater(the little vent windows give it away.) On a somewhat related note, I recently seen one of those goofy mid-late 200's Malibu Maxx and it was an SS. Talk about a modern unicorn. Those Maxx's always reminded me of a modern Citation sedan.
I sent the seller some suggestions - more detail on equipment; more pics (interior), and a suggestion he should check out B-A-T if it doesn't sell on CL. This would be a GREAT auction on B-A-T.
YouTube link below to the episode he mentions in the ad, the wagon is at the beginning. Some minor aftermarket engine work. The car looks great, including the interior. I’m honestly surprised he doesn’t ask more for it. It’s probably one of the most rare Chevrolets out there due to survival rates. And it’s a 454 car. $25k seems like a steal if it’s as nice as it shows. And yes it’s a 3 seat car. 3rd seat seen in the video. The extra rear vent windows were standard on 3 seat and optional on 2 seat. So the only known assumption on those windows is if a car doesn’t have them, you know it’s a 2 seater.
Price drop to $24k. https://omaha.craigslist.org/cto/d/thurman-1973-chevelle-ss-454-station/7264437331.html
