BEWARE! Once I saw this pic from the ad!

He posted these as his previously owned clamshells. This "gentleman" has been permanently banned from the Forum due to his abusive and profanity-laced online rants years ago. Caveat emptor!

Houston clamshell buyer/seller guy. Been a while since he was around. Didn't seem like a real great person. Surprised he isn't asking 3x the price.

I remember the guy. The red Impala was a flood car and the interior was covered in mold.

Guy is a jerk to deal with.

I tried buying a car from him when I first got on this forum. Then he got banned

He probably saw that $40k ‘73 Pontiac and figures it’s a ‘73 and a clam.

I guess from his last writing, now at $10k he’s not taking any offers. He’s gonna paint it purple. I’m sure it will be lovely.

Strange Ranger...party of one... strange Ranger, your table is ready!

I mean, why would you keep an ad up if you're gonna keep it?

Im getting exhausted dealing with weird people lately and I wonder if it's exacerbated due to the covid....

Just looked up the engine details. In '73, this 400 was an 'economy' (small-block) engine, with a 2-barrel carb. Only 150 S.A.E. net horsepower. The 4-barrel 350 you could get made 175........

I know this guy as well, about 10 years ago I tried buying the white 76 caprice estate that is at the bottom of those four pictures above. I was talking with him about the car and I just got the feeling that he wasn’t being 100% honest with me about its condition. One minute he was telling me that the car looks perfect except for the mold stains on the red custom cloth interior that it had, And the next minute he’s telling me that he did a quick Macco style mask and shoot paint job. That was it for me, although it didn’t look bad in pictures, I was afraid it would look like an abortion once it came off the car carrier from Texas. He wasn’t asking a tremendous amount of money back then, he only wanted about 5500 for the car which doesn’t sound like a lot now but it was a good amount then

That would be a great wagon to clone it into a fire chief or a police wagon. That's what I thought about doing with my 75 belair.

Yes, I like this wagon but the price of admission is far too high for the condition
