1969 Thunderbird w suicide doors - cars & trucks - by owner -... (craigslist.org) More pics would be good.
Looks identical to the one I owned in 1975, but I doubt this is the same vehicle - all the electrics are WORKING on this one........
Oh fine for you to say Jeremiah. He needs the garage first remember? Lol. But you’re right that car should go to a good home.
Mine came from Los Feliz Ford, not too far from Griffith Park, on Brand Bl. in Glendale, CA. Saw an ad for the dealer in the LA Times, and it was in their 'as-is' ad section..... $1,000 in 1975. It replaced our '68 6-cylinder Camaro, which was my wife's car before I met her. We were still making due with one vehicle back then. After (I think) less than a year, the Thunderbird was replaced by our little '72 Ford Courier P/U. We DID make our first trip to Las Vegas in the Thunderbird, and it was great on a long drive, but we spent more on gas on that trip than anything else.
Many more pics added. It has the base interior which has been reupholstered at some point as the factory base bench seat was all vinyl.
