    Hmmm, I wonder why he can't finish it. And needs pistons, but everything else is freshened?

    No explanation given for why the interior is partially apart. The vinyl roof is shot and that alligator-grain is no longer available. Car as-is is maybe worth half what he wants, at best. There's a lot of work to be done. That said, it is very rare. 1969 was the first year the power sunroof was offered in the Thunderbird and it cost as much as air conditioning.
