Bit of a resto mod but they kept the 3 spd manual. Palm Springs CA location may be worth a few $1000 to seller. Did not see any mention of upgraded brakes. https://palmsprings.craigslist.org/ctd/d/palm-springs-1969-ford-falcon-futura/7467738113.html
If I had to be perfectly honest, that interior is grotesque. I severely wish people would stop "resto-modding" these old cars and stripping them of the originality that makes them so cool in the first place. As if the original interior wasn't unique and cool enough? They're already cool the way they are. God forbid should you ever suffer the "embarrassment" of pulling up beside another identical 1969 Ford Falcon wagon at a stop light or see another one while fuelling up at the gas station! If people want a car with a modern interior...buy a modern car and quit hacking up these pieces of automotive history to make them into something they never will be...or should be for that matter. Sorry, just sayin'. Just my two cents. Rant over. *steps off of soapbox...
Seconded! Did you notice that they classified this as a full-size car? I wonder how they'd classify a Country Squire.
I love the look of a original interior, perfect or wore out but maybe the raccoons and rats ate this particular wagons interior and the builder went THIS direction. Not in my taste but it looks clean, to each their own......Longroofs Rule!
