Not too bad, one owner claimed. What is it with the driver's side rusting up there? In Tennessee it's always the passenger side. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-Ford-...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
This wagon is so plain I find it attractive. Can't see anyone wanting to do a back to original restore but as a resto mod with a lowered stance, chrome wheels and a dark paint she could be a beauty.
Usually a consequence of the vehicle being parked in the same place, in the same orientation, over a length of time. One side gets more exposure to the elements. Other side gets less.
Looked at this car at Ford Carlisle this year. Not a bad project but it has issues with some rust and the interior is a lot rougher that you would want unless the retro-mod is your goal. Not to be negative, I just prefer a clean complete car to start with as it will give you the most options going forward IMHO.
Thanks FastFord47. If it sold hope it went to someone who saved it. Pa still into Dem Derbies. Don't know if that group would scout Carlisle though.
