    Probably a bit over priced, but if what has been done has been done right, this could be a fine start for someone. It also depends on the state of the parts that come with it.

    Agree with MikeT. Could be well overpriced, depends on what comes with it, quality of work already performed, etc. The hood scoop has gotta go though!!
