No Reserve: 1967 Imperial Crown Coupe for sale on BaT Auctions - ending October 10 (Lot #86,997) | Bring a Trailer What a good-looking car. My dad had a 1968 4 door, white with blue leather in early 70's, then a 74 Imperial gold with gold velour seats. Both of those were his daily driver cars. Then when he retired his car show car was a 66 crown coupe, turbine car color with black leather.
My dad had it until Sept of 2021. Thye had it around 20 years, I think. A lot of little expenses had been creeping up. He passed away this past March. My son was 4 in that picture, he is a senior in college now. Fastest pic of car I could find. It was cool in that inside glove box it says who car was built for. A pharmacist in Niles MI.
This is the Imperial that had the very interesting 'Mobile Director' option. The right front bucket seat swiveled 90* and a table popped up, creating a sort of 'office' area...... Seen and described on pages 5 and 6 of the brochure..... http://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/chrysler/imal67/imal67.html
