    I always thought that these cars looked like concept cars that actually got built. Very aggressive and daring styling.

    I agree also, always liked the Speedo on the 66 & 67 cars. Once they put the stainless steel shim under the carb they solved the issue with the olds open intake manifold, and the early Q-jet center throttle plate screw backing out and going thru a cylinder they became very reliable.
    My sister had her engine replaced under warranty for the screw issue on her 66, this was around 1969, I was amazed they replaced the engine (long block) for free on a car that was over 2 years out of warranty.
