So I was driving around the woods the other day and came across a 1966 Polara with dual spotlights. A check of the vin # confirms it was a police car with a 440 police interceptor. The owner of the car gave it to me to get it off the property. Would this be a good motor to put in my 72 Sport Suburban? Any info and advice would be appreciated. I would post pictures but I'm still trying to figure this critter out! Pics are on my profile

    Thanks in advance

That 440 Interceptor would certainly put the SPORT in the Sport Suburban. I hate to say it, but he Polara seems too nice to chop up and lose, though, even if it is a sedan! NOT many of those Interceptor Specials around anymore. They weren't that common to start with. Most Police Forces got Plymouth cruisers, not Dodge. Looks like you now have 2 uncommon Mopars!
