    Weird for a car that age to be in such nice shape with no engine or transmission. Doesn't look like someone did an LS swap or anything either, almost looks like they bought it off a used car lot in 1967, yanked the drivetrain, and put it in a climate controlled barn.

    Pretty incredible. While the engine bay is empty, change out that single pot master cylinder first thing. :)

    I'm trying to remember if the 63-64 Grand Prix came with disc brakes. If so, it would be an easy conversion using available parts from most auto part stores.

    No factory disc brakes on big cars until 1967, and factory disc brake parts for the 1967-1970 big cars are unobtanium (4 piston calipers from 1967-1968, unusual rotors, etc).

    It's not impossible but it's not something you just pop on down to Autozone and get some parts to throw together. The conversion kits are between $550-1000+ dollars. I've never used them on this body style so I have no idea how well they fit and work together and if the quality is any good.
