1963 Checker Superba Wagon

    On a side note , That's the last of the Continental Six / Cast-Iron Borg Warner transmission powered Checkers, '64 and up Checkers have Chevy engines and transmissions.

    Checkers are awesome. You will not find a better handling 2 1/2+ ton car anywhere. Not many were saved, most just got used up.

    Furthermore heres among the rarest Checkers ever built. They could be had in 6 or 8 doors. Checker built them that way. I remember seeing them at San Francisco airport back in the 1980s.

    :oops:mg:Thats Greeeeeeen! Those old Checkers are nice, love the smaller bumpers on the older ones like this. Wish there were more pics.


    I like how the seller says it's the only wagon that can haul a 4'x8' sheet of plywood:rofl2:

    Well....the owner's wrong. I own a wagon that you can stack 4 X 8 sheets in and close the gate. And I'm not talking about my Suburban.:D
    Nice 'ol Checky though.
