Love it or hate it, here it is. I personally like the funky Exner styling. I wouldn't doubt that this guy gets close to his asking price. People seem to pay some crazy money for these if they're solid and well kept.

I love these. These Chrysler products from that era were prone to rust, so to see a fine example like this is rare.

It’s not a wagon, but I love my ‘60 Fury. Complete with Aero wheel

I swear the same guy had another old Chrysler for sale a year or two ago. I remember that background from the pictures. The car looks pretty solid in the pictures. What is he asking for it?

A square Steering wheel equates to a toilet seat?!

Wow !! Two 60 Plymouths in one day. Don't think I've seen that in over 50 year. Gotta love these late 50s early 60s Mopars. Exhuberent Virgil Exner design, interiors you had to see to believe, pushbutton transmisions, torsion bar front suspensions and sometime a clear steering wheel with metaflake inside. Those were the days. Just going to the A&P was a carnival ride. It is true they seemed to rust out faster than any other American car and, if you were stuck behind a stalled out car on a rainy day, it probablfy was a Mopar. Agree that the seller should get his money on this wagon.

I believe he was referring to the quasi continental kit on the four door sedan deck lid.

Most Mopar detractors call it a "toilet seat". We Virgil Exner buffs call it by it's real name and what it's inspired from.

As for the aero wheel, i had something similar in a '64 Newport I had.

That thing on the trunk is the continental kit. No?

    The aero wheel is unmistakeable

I have always heard it referred to as the"Continental spare Motif" - and ol' Ex really loved his classics like Stutz Bearcats and Mercer Raceabouts and that's where he got the idea to do the motif.

The wheel in my '64 Newport wasn't quite as flashy though as the one above.

That sure is a nice '60 Eddie....looks good.

So sorry. Had a senior moment and was thinking Flight sweep aka the toilet trunk. Not steering wheel.

i have quite a mix of cars, that might be my favorite. the exner design is simply over the top. I specifically sought out a 4 door ‘60.
