I have just started a restoration project on a 1959 Dodge Station Wagon, here in South Africa. Most of the parts are there, but I will have to sneak in some modern technology, in order to make the vehicle a successful project. I will be "knocking on doors" for some advice and referrals on parts, etc.
Yow. That needs an EFI 392 Hemi, with 8-speed trans, and a whole host of go-fast goodies. Those '59 Chrysler products, with the 'eyebrows' above the headlights, used to scare me when I was a very little kid. Congratulations, good luck and have fun!
Welcome to the forum. That looks like a nice solid body for a start. We have Mopar folks on here who can help you.
I think South Africa is right-hand driving, like Great Britain. I just hope I don't get yelled at by the OP for mentioning "Great Britain."
Is this what makes Britain great? https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/6764374/paddling-pool-burglars-strood-kent/
Nanny State Ninnies. No, I was referring to the possibility the OP was of Dutch Boer ancestry, and not like hearing anything "British."
I doubt that he even likes hearing anything Dutch, since the Netherlands isn't granting asylum to Boer farmers who are getting their land confiscated and subsequently slaughtered. I'm surprised he's still got hobbies and isn't packing his suitcase
