The ad says both "1952" and "1956" so what is it?

"1952 Ford station wagon paint color : green size : compact type : wagon drive : rwd fuel : gas transmission : manual title status : clean cylinders : other

1956 Ford Sedan Delivery with Barn Door rear hatch. Have this car and several additional parts for 1952 to 1956 Fords. Has the typical rust out areas you would expect in this year of Ford, but is a saveable project. $600 OBO."

I think it's just a typo on the sellers part in the top right corner listing. The rest of his ad seems straight foreword, he is selling a 56 and has extra parts for 52-56's

Even the front clip is just sitting on the tires, ready for restoration.
I suppose the price is fair considering it mostly looks straight and rust free.
It's amazing what a pressure washer could do for it.
