Ad could use a lot more and better pictures, and $8500 is way over the top for its current condition. But those are the largest suicide doors I have ever seen!
And our Greyhounds would love the extra head room on long trips! That and it would be a great body for the Tri power OHC-6 I have that needs a very tall hood Line.
Is it just me or does the hood seem stretched? I know a straight 8 requires a long hood, but this one looks like its about 2 feet longer than needed.

That's a rare and unusual vehicle. Looks like two straight eights might fit in there. Too bad it's priced that high but still you won't find another one soon.
Be neat to put a V-6 front wheel drive up front and the rest for luggage!:)
Make someone a great cruise in and touring car.

Using a Toronado transaxle would be an interesting option on this car. It has enough room up front to pull it off. I would be tempted to find an Old Continental Flat head 8 and a Cord transaxle to put in it. But the more modern Olds/Caddy Transaxle and a Pontiac V-8 would make a Nice combo in it.
Certain Angles on certain body styles make the hood look extra long to me!

I like the hearse (Hurst) and those other two cars. Always did like the long hood short greenhouse effect.
With all the newer front wheel drive vehicles out there I'd go with one of them with a more powerfull engine.
