1979 Ford Fairmont

302 V8 and power windows (both rare for the Fairmont) for just $1950. This could be quite a deal.

Odd color and crappy pictures but could be a great starting point.

Heck yeah! For $1500, this is a no brainer. Especially with the 5.0.

Now on eBay at 'no reserve' and currently at just $360! Seller clearly just wants rid of it! Somebody jump on it! Looks like also possibly power locks, and definitely console shift with bucket seats and a/c.

If I were closer, I'd strongly consider it. I've always wanted a Fox body 5.0 wagon. Looks like the interior needs a lot of work. And what is that huge knob on the door panel for? I can see a Fox Body Mustang person picking up this wagon, and transplanting the drivetrain into a 4 or 6 cyl car.

My guess is that the knob is for the vent wing. That color works nice as an accent like on the P/Us but makes the car look plastic but at the price this one seems to be going for a re-spray is certainly an option. I hope one of the faithful gets her.
