Hi, My name is Marwan and I live in San Diego. I am the owner of a 1965 AMC Rambler Classic 770 Station Wagon. I am on here in hopes of exchanging some information about my model of car (and anything I can offer). Not many restore my model so it is difficult to get any extra information. For example, I would love to see someone with a similar model post some pics of their back window set up. My electric motor does not work and the glass is out. I want it to function again. Thanks!
to the forum. Good luck with your wagon. There are members here with lots of good information. Seem to be more Rambler lovers lately too.
Thanks I appreciate it! I had a '69 Rambler between 2003-14. At the same time, my friend had this wagon sitting in his garage since 1998. Long story short, I ended up moving on from my old one (It had sat 8 years) and ended up with this wagon. I'm not specifically a "Rambler guy" it just sort of happened this way. I actually miss my other car a lot. Since I've had the wagon I've tried to do as much research as possible. AMC purists wouldn't like me because I have a Ford 5.0 and 5-speed manual. Money is a big factor. Other features of my wagon: - Coil-Over Front Suspension with adjustable Caster/Camber plates - Front Power Disc Brakes with Willwood Master Cylinder - GM-style Power Steering with Rack and Pinion - 8.8" Ford Posi 3.73 gears. Other than the wheels, the exterior appearance has not been tampered with.
