Those wheels appear to be the super-rare ones from a Dodge Mirada.

Krash is correct, those wheels were availble in 80-81 for sue, maybe 82 as left overs as a option on Cyrstler cars. I remember in 1980 when my dad bout my sisters Plymouth new several cars had them. the 80 wheels had a gun metal silver paint on the smaller spokes and in 81 it was black.. Mirada, Cordobas, Diplomats etc all could have had them as a option.

i have a funny feeling about the emergency brake.remind me not to stand behind it when the small wooden block isn't behind the rear wheel

Thats kinda agood point, but what I have never understood is why do you need a block of wood behind the wheel of a car witch is a auto trans parked on flat gound weather the ebrake works or not?

i thought wood blocks were standard equipment for chryslers,we did not get a park position on the gear quadrant until about 1964. before that, you had to put it in neutral and apply the e brake.

Well that was pre 64 and push button auto trans. I think by 69 Chrystler came out of the stone age:rofl2:

I do remember a friends Dad's 74ish Torino needing blocks if parked...Inour teens my friend panicked on a steep hill and threw the car into park while backing down the hill.....a strange noise followed and there was no more park gear. His Dad never fixed the problem, never let him use the car again, and it was always parked with blocks and the ebrake:rofl2:
