350 V8 and 45k miles. Very well optioned with A/C, factory gauges, power windows/locks, and tilt/cruise. (Ad says 1974 but the grille, color and 'unleaded fuel only' say 1975.) This Malibu looks very nice and could be quite a buy at $2500 asking price.

Looks like a great buy for $2500.

Probably was made in late 1974 which is where they are getting "1974" from. Looks very nicely optioned. Too bad it lacks the 3rd seat option.

It even has a rear window defogger! My 73 Lemans wagon is the only other 73-77 A-body wagon I have seen with that option (but I am sure 1000's of others had it.) I find it odd that as loaded as it is it doesn't have a passenger side Mirror, or bumper rub strips.

Nice looking car that looks to be well worth the asking price.

One thing I love about the 60s and 70s cars is how they are all so oddly and differently optioned. GM cars were like that especially. It was almost like no two were optioned the same, as if each one was unique.

I'm betting it's always been garage kept. The interior plastics look very good. Not a single dash crack apparently. Very nice. :D

I agree. The car has definitely spent some time out of the sun and rain.

It needs rear corner fillers and I don't know if anyone is reproducing them.

Slightly off topic but is this what I need for my 76 Caprice Estate?

1971-76 Caprice & Impala WagonCSW71 RCF Rear Center Filler $49.00*

I would have thought that the 5 mph bumper laws would have meant that the earlier versions would have had different fillers from the later models?

I think that is a mistake. The 1971-73 wagons don't appear to have a rear bumper filler at all.

71-73 do not have fillers as the bumper is "hard" mounted in the rear. 73 has front bumper fillers as they started using "shocks". 74 saw front and rears using bumper shocks therefore using bumper fillers

Even with those noted minor flaws, this should be long gone at the price.
