Over all, a nice example of the middle trim level. As Spartan as this one looks, the base Strato Chief was even more so. Nice to see a very rare car that is hopefully going to a good home.
They are indeed deer whistles, and in one of the best places to put them, where they plenty of air flow.
1970 was the last year for the Strato Chief in Canada, the Laurentian was now the base model up here and the name continued until the end of 1981. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pontiac_vehicles I have a feeling the seller saying "please contact" for the price they may have dreams of Barret Jackson..........
Still can be yours! http://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars...on/1034139200?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
Is there a price listed anywhere? I didn't see one. In its current condition, the car is worth $1000 to $1500. The rust behind the rear wheel here is concerning. Car would need a good going over before purchase.
Back yet again with no listed asking price. Owner might want to get a clue. http://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars...on/1034139200?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
And again with no price. Seller is a very slow learner. http://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars...on/1034139200?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
