    That deserves restoration, nothing less, nothing more. I've always liked the '60 and '59 Chevies.

    I agree. However, bidding is at $7,000 with 6 days left. Combine that with restoration costs.............................:yikes:

    You're absolutely right, Professor, what I actually should have said was replace things as you go, and enjoy it. A total restoration on that would ruin the mostly original aspect.

    My mom and dad had one in this same color scheme. 283 with a cast iron Powerglide, just like this one. Doors rotted in the same place, as well.
