Yeh, you would want to make mention of that rear quarter if that was the case, but with all of that detailed description the seller has already provided, I just don't know where he could have fitted it in though!:hmmm:

Still from what we can see and with that 460, it looks pretty good.

Upon reflection, it actually looks like the rear of the car is hiding behind that "sunset surf mood" partition. Either that or has a garage right on Malibu beach!

Nope, it's just someone who was moving so fast that the camera has it all blurry.

I emailed him he said "all you have to do is go to DMV and fill out the required paperwork for a new title" Yh, sure ok, on my way.

If that's all there is to it, why doesn't he do it himself? Some people...:slap:

I have always wondered in these cases, who actually owns the car? if there is no title, could it be that the last owner still owns? Can these things be bought on a hand shake? Either way I would have buckleys and none (Aussie term for no way in hell!) of getting this car out of the country without that title in my name.

Sounds like NC is similar to GA. On older cars, you can get by with only a Bill of Sale. Not sure about NC, but here in GA there is NO WAY to get a title for a car that has been sold using only a Bill of Sale. I called just a couple of weeks ago to ask my local tag office about this.

Along with that..... I don't think it's the light with kinda blurry pics, I think the hood, both corners are a bit "rolled down" for a lack of better description. And yeah, the passenger rear corner is clearly punched in...... makes you wonder if that's why it's stuffed against the wall or did they do it when parking it there?..... all that for just $3800:biglaugh::rofl::lolup:

I agree. There's nothing wrong with that right rear quarter panel. It's the partition that is blocking the view.
