Divide by 5. Not my opinion, but what peops will pay. I wouldn't give more than $2k for it, personally, and that would be contingent on my actually having the time and money to finish it.

    1957 wagon

This is by far my most favorite car. Raced one in the '60 and never lost a street race but seeing where the market has gone on them will make it hard to do another one in the future.

This guy has absolutely no idea of the market for these...... you could get a project Nomad in better shape, for less.
    $16k.....

'57 Chevy wagons (non-Nomad) are not really all that rare, and are not that expensive.

    $900

I can't get Craigslists to come up again. But in my opinion I'd almost guess that 57 Chevy Handyman wagons are more rare than 57 Chevy Nomad wagons. They did make more regular wagons but most were used hard and put away rough. Also many 2-door wagons were used for all types of racing.
Yet a decent 57 Chevy wagon is a lot cheaper than a Nomad.
Since I can't open the link I have no idea what this wagon looks like but a good driver can be bought for way under $15,000.

That wagon would have to be low mileage and mint condition.

Not up on the price of 50s cars but this is definitely a project requiring lots of $ to complete.
