I just brought home a 1977 Country Squire with only 47000 miles on the clock. Its been garaged for over 20 years and is a rare find. It has a 460 under the hood and drives like a dream. I also own a 1986 Olds Cierra Custom Cruiser and a 2001 Rover 75 tourer.
Looks as if I may be popping in from time to time as this looks a good place to be.

:Welcome: mechanic! Another member, PJW, is from the UK as well. Are the mirrors on the fender used for towing a trailer?

Thanks for the welcome. Dont know much about the mirrors, but they are pretty useless to be honest. Originals are much easier to use. There is a tow bar but its not very good either, and today I caught it on a speed hump. I certainly would not wish to tow with that. May look for a good receiver hitch if they are available.
Swapped the wheels over today as the tyres were dated 1984! and cracked real bad. Set of Lincoln turbine alloys make it look better too.

It was indeed. Getting MOT at the moment but they need its weight certified for the brake tests. And a shocker failed, thyats all that was wrong. Oh and the indicators run too fast!
Do you get around the show scene in England much?
I know many of the black knights in Dundee do you get to they're cruises?
Hope to see you around. Im in Preston Lancs.

Been to a few of the Dundee cruises and sometimes they come to the Edinburgh ones too. Not been to any of the shows in England yet, but heading to Billing later this month for the summer national. Hopefully see you around at some point.
