Yeah the color is kinda funky but it's a really nice looking car. Interior looks sharp.

It's ready for the Gay Pride Parade.

    Or the Pepto-Bismol Golf Open.

Or as the Vagisil delivery wagon.

And the wide whites are hopelessly out-of-place on this car!

Sad thing is, the owner probably dropped some big cash to molest this wagon, and a Mopar to boot!, in this fashion.

Trying to put a '50s vibe on a '70s car never works! The colors, three-bar spinners, wide whites...no, no, no!!!

    It's like a monkey f**king a bunny...Yeah, it's possible, but WHY???

I'm with Patrick on this one.
If this was a '57 Plymouth Custom Suburban, the colors and the wheel covers and wide whites would look great. But it's not a '57. What the seller did to it just makes it look weird.

The interior is spectacular. The paint colours are certainly not to everyone's taste, but you have to give credit, the work seems to have been done exceedingly well. I actually like those wheel covers, and with the colour, the wide whites look 'interesting'. The funny thing is, paint this car in 2 tone blue and it would look reaaly great. I would choose the light and medium blue combo from the 78 Buick Electra catalog. It would really look like a 70s mobile, not a 50s.

I agree with your take on the interior - it is very well done!

I love three-bar spinners and wide whites - just not on this car. They don't belong.

Seller may get the last laugh. This one is bid past $4000 already and reserve still is not met.

When I first saw this ad I got a good laugh but the more I looked over the pics the more I thought this car isn't to far gone. Just needs a new set of wheels and tires and wood. I think MOPAR used a two tone wood treatment in '72 so using the light color wood (birch like, IIRC) would look good with the pink.

The only problem is that with the $4K plus shipping and additional work you're in the $7K range for a non original car that isn't going to bring $7K on a subsequent resale.
