I did a search, but didn't see an existing thread on the subject.

My 1968 Ranch Wagon currently has the original Gulfstream Aqua on the roof, with a white body. I was considering a color change to Saraha Beige body with Raven Black roof.

On a guitar building forum I sometimes visit, there is a thread going where members with graphic design skills do color mock ups to help out those who would like a better idea what their concept would look like.

Is there any kind of thread like that on this forum?

I like the aqua body/white roof.

With Paint Shop or Photo Shop (my favorite) you can use the color palate and 'paint' it any color!

You are going to get ALL sorts of opinions around here on this one! Personally, I prefer the original Aqua for the entire car. That is one beautiful, rich, and very unusual colour. That is happens to be the original for the car is, to me, a big bonus, too.

Gulfstream Aqua. My favorite Ford color.

I remember the non-metallic Sahara Beige. Mopar had a similar color. My friends and I have always referred to the color as "old man tan". The only color more universally disliked, was "grandpa green" which was found on most late 60's to early 70's Mopars.
If you want to know what your car will look like in sahara beige, just park it next to a busy dirt road for a couple hours.

Ford had some nice metallic browns and metallic tans in the 60's. Have you considered some of those colors?

Meanwhile, on the site at the link below, you can pick a car, and view the car in your choice of solid colors with your choice of wheels. The closest car image to yours that I can find is a 1966 Mercury Colony Park. The closest color I can make it is a real pale cream color. Might still be fun to experiment with it.
