Thought you guys might find this interesting... (hope the owner doesn't mind) (Also, he should quit spending money, living in denial and just come out and admit he love wagons and 'longs' for a long roof...) http://www.hubgarage.com/mygarage/proto72/vehicles/39488
That is done with taste IMO! I now wonder just how close if not exact the body style of these fogoton GM's were, no dout one of these wer doners. Dan nice clean job on that Velle Buick/Olds/Pontiac also had their versions, namely the Buick Apollo, Oldsmobile Omega (shown here), and Pontiac Ventura (later the Phoenix, years before the front-wheel-drive X-Car with the same name). Yes, they were virtual clones of the Nova, but at least each had a different face, with styling cues resembling other cars from each respective GM division, such as the "Pontiac Point." But, unlike the Nova, those cars are now almost forgotten.
Nice job adapting the Nova hatch to the Chevelle body. Looks like the factory did it, which is as it should be.
I never really cared for the X-Body hatchback cars, but the lines on the Chevelle seem to really lend themselves well to that. The guy that did that did a really nice job on it.
