Hi guys, i'm gonna get my glass back from the tint-shop tomorrow.
The tailgate window and the side glass have been tinted, and i also have new rubber for the side-glass.
The tailgate is the least problem….just carefully slide it in there and bolt it to the rail(y)
The side glass looks to be a little more challenging ………
Has anyone done this before….and how to pull them in the body…
do you use a rope or something else….
Taking the old glass out, i had to use a knife to cut all the hard/old rubber and lots of silicone.
THX for your tips and tricks..

I fit the rubber into the window with a length of 3/8th twine in the slot for the window and with someone pushing the "CLEAN" edged window in place, I pull the rope slowly to get the rubber to cover the edge of the window. It takes a bit of practice but if you're careful and patient, its the best way. No need for sealant but it should be clean. Very clean. I have heard that a thin coat of Vaseline along the edge helps but I have never tried it that way.
