Found this article on "bring a trailer" showing a replica of the GM Motorama 54 Nomad. The orginal was crushed like many show cars, hate to think someone distroyed a 53 Vette to make this. I know that Chevy had a show car based on the Pontiac Solarite. To bad it didn't make it to production. http://bringatrailer.com/2011/10/20/motorama-rewind-1954-chevrolet-corvette-nomad/
Cool artacal , garage cat makes ya wonder hugh, BUT CHEEK THIS SITE OUT FOR MORE ON THIS CAR http://www.superchevy.com/events/sucp_0102_chevrolet_nomad_association/photo_06.html
I'm only answering because we have a CAT thing going here! I still remember someone supposedly snuck an early Vette Nomad concept car away from being scrapped. Hard to really say. I know a few people have tried to sell a newer version. One company was here in Florida somewhere.
-Legally I'm not a cool cat. I have to use CAT because everywhere I go Model T beats me to it! Yet on every site I am on I've never seen Model T anywhere, I'd rather go by Model T but even here most call me Cat! That ain't bad considering what some would like to call me!
Thanks for the link. I've always like the look of first generation vette. Up to the 62. There were quite a few variations on the Motorama54 show cars.
