Looks like a 57 type body style. I didn't research so I don't know.
I know they kept that body style for years, but I also havn't searched around for info. But holy crap, I think it's kinda cool. I've never sean or heard of a real woody Volvo....if infact it is real and not some done back in the day convertion. I do kinda like it being a 2 door and all, hope some one with more info about this/these can post.
I just did a search for 1967 Volvo wagon. http://forums.aaca.org/f193/1967-volvo-amazon-wagon-1200-a-281924.html This looks more like a 1967. It's pretty cool to see that, but I can't tell if it is original.
I like Volvos and did some quick looking.. It's a P445 40's-50's and appears to be a custom that was perhaps done in 1967? The rear fenders are off of a P444 coupe. Interesting build though. Actually looking at the bad roof seam you could also throw a guess that this is actually a P444 coupe with a wagon roof grafted on
I agree. That's exactly what it looks like. It's not a 'Duett' (which is a P444 wagon), because the Duett didn't have tack-on rear fenders - it was straight-sided in the back. Good detective work, NY.
