I took my father to a several car shows this year as part of his 70th birthday celebrations. MOPARfest was pretty cool. Can't say as I'm much of a MOPAR guy really, but there were still a lot of memories and some really nice Caravelle's, Magnum's etc. Here are the wagon's!! The 1962 Dart wagon was for sale, the seller had some shoulder problems and wanted something with power steering. He was asking $12,000 but I totally didn't think to shoot a picture of the ad in the window with his cell number on it. I've tried to find a classified ad for it, but no luck.
Well it is good to see that you get as many wagons at the U.S. mopar shows as we get down in Australia, :banghead3: They will never learn will they. But for the ones that know "why a Wagon" well done they look grate. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima Cheers Wagooon
A lot of my fellow hosers would take great offence at being refferred to as the U.S. (Sort of like the difference between an Aussie and a Kiwi). I won't hold it against you. You are correct. Sadly, it seems that a substantial portion of Canadian MOPAR fans are more preoccupied with muscle than class. The show was quite large and while there were a lot of really elegant sedans and convertibles I found that muscle cars seemed to be the order of the day. A few guys even towed in project cars that were nowhere near completion, just to display them. Definitely worth the price of admission though! I really think national pride dictates that we should put our heads together and start up a Canadian WagonFest. The show would need to be held where the wagons are, I guess. Unfortunately, for me, Rev's house is too far away for me to attend.
A thousand apologies my wagon brother, I hope you did not have a HOT shower for too long lol Go "Canadian WagonFest" I have been toying with having an Aussie WagonFest but the interest is not there. But I WELL keep flying the Wagon flag!! and Aussie WagonFest mite be here in a year or two. Cheers Wagooon
The Mrs and I finally tied the knot after 13 years together this year and she is determined to have a honeymoon in Australia in the next year or two. If there's going to be an Aussie WagonFest I'll need to plan the honeymoon date accordingly.

I still have the cop rims and dogs, the trim rings are now on my truck. And wgats really creepy is take the side molding off that red Volarie and you have my other old ride.
