Hi im the new guy, yea right... ive been a way for a while, no wagon still i looked and looked and looked but found nothing i wanted. while i was deployed i was looking at two cars one a 67 Rebel wagon the other a 50 custom deluxe. so i took a gamble and let the old lady decide. so i came home from dep. and this is what i found in the driveway. i know its no wagon but its back in the saddle again. its a good 20 footer car but we'll get it there. kids named it Pedro. hope i can still hang around these parts with the longroofs, hope all is well... Rafael P.S. Norm, you still alive? you must be like 120 by now??!!! viejito!
Am I still here. Por favor! Que bonita familia! You bet your helo-prop I'm still here. What a beauty of a ride! All you need is an old wagon donor for a back cargo area! I missed you everytime I went to upload pics in the gallery. Who's got the first name $arge. Nice to see you hanging out here again.
Your wife bought 3 kids!?? Nice looking ride, sarge and really nice to see you here again! Welcome back!
I'm sure glad you are back! I really like that Ford, what is it? 49 or 50? We really need to here more about it. I've been dropping hints for my wife to chose a new car for me. Maybe that one will be inspiration.
That's a really nice Ford, and how cool it was there waiting for you when you returned. You mentioned when you were "deployed". Are you in the service? If that's the case, I am in your debt, my friend; thank you for what you've done; had to have been a huge sacrifice being away from those 3 cuties!! What happened to your '65 wagon?
yes im still in the service, ive just hit 14 years, sadly its getting harder and harder to go. well i was stationed in WA and i got orders to southern GA...the wagon gave me some flak around WY then SD and thats where it rested. i HAD to pick up something up that was reliable for the fam. so after we made it to GA i was looking for another car. the 50 looks decent enough but its a project like everything else, the old coot says the engine was rebuilt, but i dont think he was able to drive it alot so the rings let a little bot of smoke by. it burns a little bit and smokes a little bit and i have a dizzy on the way to replace the one it has. by the way theres a gent that runs a distributor shop on the HAMB his name is GMCBubba he seems to know his stuff whe it comes to old or new dizzy's he evn teaches the up and comers. anyways thanks men for the welcome Raf-
you got balls!!! if i let jen pick ...id be driving something i hate!!! she buy's cares based on wether they are "pretty" or not!!! great to have you back sarge!! thank you very much for your service to our country!
Welcome back and congratulations on your wonderful surprise. What a nice loving family! Thanks to you and your family for your sacrifices.
