OMG Man, sorry to hear about your pup! I am literally sheading a tear after looking at those PICS! They are definately mans best friends, absolutely no question! I've had diabetes since the age of 18, I'm 50 now, you do the math! It's no fun but I live with it the best I can. You know what the hardest part of it is, to find a decent JOB! NOBODY wants to hire a person with a preexisting condition, NO WAY, NO HOW! So I make my own job! Just got back from a round trip to and from Florida with 2 dogs, we must have stopped at every rest area to let them out to stretch & pee (sometimes poo)! Sometimes we wonder if we're a little crazy treating them better than most people treat their own kids, but maybe not! We would be LOST without them & THEY go nowhere without us! Clark
Goat-Teeze I'm watching CBC's Land and Sea program today. They put up a video of the show, every week. Today's show is about the Newfies' new adoption of pigmy goats as pets, even Stationwagon co-pilots. The only problem is they aren't potty trained. http://www.cbc.ca/landandsea/archive/2008-feb-03.html Good eating, don't know about pets though.
Hi Rev, Sorry to hear about your pup. I thought she was a Great Pyreenes from that first photo. We had a Great Pyr and that photo took me back. We had to put him down last January and it still hurts some days. And yes, we are still pulling white hair off of our clothes and furniture etc. ! Spot is still making us remember him - and that's a good thing. I'm sure you too will always have great memories. George
I can see where you'd think she was Pyr..her coat would change 5 times a year..hehe and ya...i was out with this gal the other nite...we had to go back and get her car..apparently she was allergic to my wagon!!...and not because its a Pinto.. When the decent weather hits..Ive got a few wagons that have to be 'de-furred'! I feel your pain...in both ways
