Went to my friends uncles house today........He wanted to check his fleet for next year........Unfortunately his fleet is what most of us don't want to see on here. They are future derby cars!! BUT....they are wagons! Yes, the white one is the abandoned original Family Truckster project.

    Enjoy or grieve.

I saw an early 70s Monte Carlo in four derbies and it won 3 out of the 4. Something happened in the first race and it driver could not get the car restarted after a big hit. He then entered it in the next three races and won them all!

Wow, the trim on the red ones rear bumper looks really nice...better than mine!

Oh, and the white one is a tow package car... Could have a nice 3.55 rear gear and a limited slip diff! And looks pretty clean too...

Uh Oh, Im In Trouble........ See, Eric ( Who Owns The Black Wagon Now) Is My Best Friend Back From When I Lived In Illinois. I Built The Wagon And Won With It And Sold It To Eric, He Has Run It Every Year Since Its First Derby In 2000. If You Guys Could Have Seen That Yard About 2001, You Would Have Seen Around 4-5 Other Wagons That We "rescued" From Other Derby Guys. Most Ended Up Being Wrecked After Being Stripped Of All Useful Parts, And I Mean All.... I Now Own 2 -1972 Kingswoods, One An Original 454 Powered Estate, The Other Just A Plain Kingswoodwith A 400 Smallblock. I Treasure Both, And Would Never Derby Them. I Would However Wreck Any Of The Other 65-70 Cars I Have. Eric, I Hope She Continues To Dominate At Dupage, She Was Built Hard To Begin With, And I Am Sure You Have Made Her Last Longer Than I Could Have ( Remember When We Junked Them Even If They Were Still Useable, Just So We Would Have "fresh Cars" At The Derby? Dont Hate Us For What We Do, I As Well As Eric Remove And Put Away For Safe Keeping All The Useable Pieces From All The Ones We Wreck.if Anyone Needs Pieces For Anything 71-76 Fullsized G.m., Get Ahold Of Me On Here. Im Happy To Help. Eric, Plan A Trip With A Trailer Soon, Lots Of Cars Crying To Go Out In A Blaze Of Glory...im Sure You Can Oblige...jon

Any parts available off those ones in the pics?

I could use the rear bumper trim and if the white one has the factory trailer wiring....

The white one does not have a tow package. Bumper trim meaning? The plastic around the bumper?

The black trim in the middle of the bumper...

It doesn't have a TP? PS cooler and aux trans cooler means tow package...Wierd.

Should pull the front sway bars off too, the wagons have large hollow bars, and are sought after by sedan guys...

Thanks for reminding me about the PS cooler. My wagon had it with the V8, and I was debating about reinstalling it with the new Six, instead on the V8, since I kept the AC 3-core rad (had it rebuilt a couple of years before the engine swap).;)
