    That is awesome... I was dreaming of an SHO wagon back when I had an '89. I've seen the look pulled off, but without the guts.

    Here's a pretty cool '94 "SHOWagon". Now if I can find a 1st-gen, I'll really be in love.

    Yeah, I'm trying to understand why they felt it would be easier to cut two cars in half and weld them together rather than swap the powertrain/drivetrain/suspension parts.

    I can think of two reasons.....
    1) The vehicle retains it's 'SHO' VIN designation
    2) I believe there are some structural differences in the front rails, aprons / upper rails etc. to handle the additional power. Of course all that goes for naught if the front half of the SHO and back half of the wagon wern't spliced together properly. These days, that kind of 'repair' to unibody vehic;es is frowned upon by manufacturers and body shop industry experts.

    i always wanted to make a sable version of the SHO too!
