Just saying hello from British Columbia, and searching for yet another project. Sadly, I dont own any old wagons these days, just an 01 volvo wagon. I have owned several early sixties country sedans in the past, and am currently searching for a 61 squire/sedan , or possibly a 59 pontiac.
    Anyway, hello-I'm enjoying the site!

Welcome Mark. If you can't find a real '61 Squire, Franklin or Danbury Mint made a great model of it. I'm not sure if they still do, but they did a few years back. It was green and came with a whole lot of accesories, like picnic baskets and such.

They pop up on ebay from time to time-beautiful cars. My country sedan was the same color.

There's one Franklin Mint model on eBay right now. Pretty awesome... unfortunately so's the price. Definitely not the first FM model to come with tiny matching luggage, but very possibly the first to come with a tiny beach ball!

    Welcome to the Forum, Mark.

Have seen a few old Pontiac and Ford wagons hit Craigs list over the past while but nothing at the moment. Worth keeping an eye on the Pasco, Wenatchee and Yakima Washington Craig's lists as well. Stuff shows up there that is reasonably priced, not that far a drive, and in decent shape.
