    ok so it,s friday and the day is draggin along,,,,my compadre and i are milkin out the easy stuff on this truck and waitin fer the weekend he,s off at 4:30 and i,m off at 6:00,,, so one of the guys from the other shop comes in and says everyones gettin laid off :cry: so i keep my mouth shut and wait to gather all the complete and correct intell here so i go down and ask the walkin boss about my two vacation days i,m takin,,,,new years eve day and christmas eves day,,,,and while he,s at it i,m informed i,m going back to nights :cry:,,,,( swing shift) I HATE workin nights,,,,,but i,m thankfull to be workin because i find out six guys got laid off till further notice on friday the 21st of december,,,,,,can you say merry freakin christmas :mad:

    No worries,
    I work "Swing shift" also, so we can keep each other company. I spend much of my time on-line @ the CIA office, in North Carolina, working on...Well, I couldn't dare tell you what I actually do, so we'll leave it idle.


    I'm an ATHEIST, but for all of you religious folks, have a nice holliday..

    man oh man i love youse guys ,,,,,,thanks fer the the concerncing feeling of concern and rev yer right i,m very thankful to be workin and yea i may bitch about workin nights but aside from my wagons and harley my family time is numero uno and seein my wife on the weekends and my daughter in the morning before i take her to school is the hardest thing of all to get used to again,,,,,,,,everything else aside i can deal with and have tryed to pscye myself up to go back to that again and hope its temporary,,,,,but on a good note i serviced the van this afternoon and got a wild hair and put my el camino in the spot my maliboo normally resides in and got the maliboo in the garage and will git some miner odds and taken care of and gitter done so i can git my cutlass back in the garage and git ta gitten on it and stormin and otr or road king and the bossman wagonmaster and last but not least truknik ya,ll RULE :bowdown:

    You got any gray wild hairs??? Those are like the Duracell bunny, you just keep on runnin'! Amazing when you get that itch, huh!;) Things just get done. God love anything that gets in the way. Man on a mission! Only thing more than a dog with a stuffed toy in its mouth, is a woman on a mission (or with PMS!) :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

    well its funny,,,,,after the oldest kid decided ta drive the el camino ,,,,he drove like he stole it and i now have ta stab a new motor in it ,,,,a mildy moddiii 350 to a stock 305 now it takes a different perspective,,,,ie; he did,nt crash it and did,nt git any tickets (that i know of) i,m happy ,,,,of course now the old man (me) now has it back in my possesioin i,m stabbin a new motor in it,,,,,kinda goes with the old man (me) old and slow bone stock 305 ,,,of course i got a wild hair and welded uip the tailgate and frenched a license plate in the tailgate and moved the gas filler door to the outside of the qaurter panel to the inside of the bedside,,,,,,,,,,,,never mind i shouold be stabbin the motor and trans in (which is ready ta go) and gitten it runnin i have been haven fun cuttin it up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,:dance:
