OK - so here goes,... I'm entering YOUR site as a newbie/noobie so I'm sure I'll be fumbling around making all of the common silly errors that all new members do. So please allow me to thank you for joining & apologize in advance for all of the silly common mistakes. What can I say except "I LOVE WAGONS" Tried to load pics in the gallery...but hey, I'm a newbie so it didn't work. So let me include a few pics here in my introductory post. Looking forward to sharing info ,stories, tips & tricks with you all. I am an equal opportunity wagon lover but I am completely loyal to the one I am working on or driving at the time. My beautiful wife of over 30 years somehow tolerates & even encourages my illness. I am in N. Ca. (San Jose) & we travel all over the US in our wagons. Hope that's enough of an intro - now about those wagons: 58 Rambler Cross Country--63 Willys Parkway-----65 Valiant V100 ----51 Willys Parkway --58 Willys Hotrod
Relax dude, open an account at photobucket and once they give you yyour own account, you can save pics there. They give you a URL you can CCP onto the site. Im computer illiterate and even I was able to get it. Its basic computer 101. Real easy.
"Hi, I'm Wagonitis & I have an illness" How many illnesses do you know of that turn out artwork like your vehicles. There's no cure, fortunately!
to the wagon train, wagitis. Wow! You have some treasured stuff there. Glad you found our wagon family.
Welcome Wagonitis; nice collection of wagons you have. I think I like the '58 Rambler the best, but they're all pretty cool. And don't worry, we are a wonderful support group for wagonitis victims; in fact I think we're all afflicted with it!
Glad you made it to the forums. Nice wagons. You are right, you have an illness. Most of us here suffer from it as well. We are each others support group and in terms of acquiring more, the official enabler/critiques. We have a load of fun.
Welcome to the forum, Wagonitis. You're brand new here, but I think we can already appoint you our resident Willys expert. I troll the internet looking for wagons for sale (just for kicks), and I'm constantly amazed at the number of Willys wagons for sale - they're all over the place! Some need lots of work obviously, but others are in pretty nice shape - and not too expensive, either. In my daily wonderings, I'm thinking of a 4-door Willys, on a early Jeep Wagoneer frame / drivetrain, 360 V8 and all........ Nice stable of horses you have there..... Marshall
Depending on how you look at it...... ....were the worst support group you'll ever meet.. Luv the Rumbler and the Valiant....but in order to luv the Jeeps... they need to be real close to the ground still like them tho from a fellow 'sickie'
MD help Dear Wagonitis, as a health care provider and an owner 2 stationwagons, I can assure you that your disease will not kill you. You will however have periods of relapse, painfull withdrawals and occasional heartaches, but fortunately there is a sure fire cure. Drive one of your awesome wagons around San Jose or cruise down the coast or even go to car show and pick up yet another classic wagon. Your wife will be so proud that you are in remission.
